Closing a fundraising round will prevent the sending of any new subscription offers and will cancel any unpaid offers.
To close a fundraising round:
On the fundraising round page, select the fundraising round.
Click on the 'Edit' button in the top right corner (Image 1)

3. Change the status of the round to 'Closed' (Image 2)
4. Enter the close date of the round. You can set a close date on any date after the round open date up to the current date.
Click 'Save'.

5. Click 'Confirm' to in the close fundraising round window (Image 3).
Closing a round will cancel all unpaid subscription offers in the round, and the investors will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email.
