Create a Fundraising subscription offer

When you have an active fundraising round, you can create subscription offers to send to investors. To create a subscription offer, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 'Fundraising' link in the left sidebar.

  2. On the fundraising page, click on the 'Offer' tab in the top navigation bar (Image 1)

3. On the fundraising offer page, enter the investor details, either by selecting an existing investor or creating a new investor (Image 2)

4. If you're creating a fundraising subscription offer for an existing investor:

  • Select the Existing Investor option.

  • Search the name of the existing investor in the 'Name of Shareholder' box.

  • Select the investor from the list

  • Click 'Next'

5. If you're creating a fundraising subscription offer for a new investor:

  • Select the 'New Investor' option

  • Select from the following types of investor types

    • Sophisticated

    • Crowd-sourced

    • Retail

    • Employee

  • Select from the following owner types:

    • Individual

    • Joint

    • Company

  • Enter the investor details

  • Click 'Next'

4. Select the fundraising round from the 'Fundraising round' drop down menu. All active fundraising rounds will appear in this menu (Image 3).

4. If you selected a Notes Fundraising Round (Image 4):

  • Enter the investment amount, and click "Next'

5. If you selected a Shares fundraising round (Image 5)

Select how you want to calculate the investment amount and number of shares, either by:

  • Total paid amount, or

  • Price per share

6. If you have selected the 'Calculate using total paid amount' method (Image 6):

  • Enter the total paid amount (AUD)

  • Enter the number of shares (the share price will be calculated automatically)

  • Click 'Next'

7. If you have selected the 'Price per share' method (Image 7):

  • Enter the price per share (the price will default to the current share price but can be edited)

  • Enter the number of share

  • Click 'Next'

8. Review the fundraising offer details and click 'Send' (Image 8).

A confirmation window will display confirming the subscription offer has been sent (Image 9)

The investor will receive an email notification that they have been sent a subscription offer (and a link to create an account on BOULEVARD if they are a new investor) to view the offer and details to make the subscription offer payment (Image 10)

9. When you return to the Fundraising rounds page and click into the fundraising round, the new offer will be displayed in the offers table (Image 11)
