Q: Can I re-access the locker once I deposit my bags?
A: No, once you’ve deposited your items, you can only access the locker again to retrieve them.

Q: How long do I have to close the locker door?
A: When closing the locker doors, note that timeout durations vary depending on the locker location. The fastest timeout is 60 seconds, so please ensure the door is closed within that timeframe to avoid any issues.

Q: What if I lose my QR code?
A: Don’t worry! You can easily retrieve your QR code by logging into your account on our app or mobile web. Go to the “Bookings” page and click on “Store My Stuff.”

Q: What are the maximum days I can book lockers?
A: You can book a maximum of 5 days.

Q: How long in advance can I book a locker reservation?
A: You can book a locker up to 30 minutes in advance depending on the locker location.

Q: Can I reduce the number of locker doors on my reservation?
A: No, you can’t reduce the number of locker doors on your reservation. Please cancel your current reservation and book a new one with the desired number of lockers.
