Step 1: Click the Ticket Icon
On the Bounce home page, tap the ticket icon located on the footer of the app.
Step 2: Select the Event
Under the Attending Events feed, click on the event to access your tickets.
Step 3: View Your Tickets
On the event page, click View Ticket.
This will display a wallet containing all of the tickets you purchased or RSVP QR codes for the event.
Step 4: Transferring a Ticket
If you have purchased multiple tickets, you have the option to transfer one or multiple of your purchased tickets. To do so, click Transfer Ticket for the ticket you want to share.
This will generate a share link that you can copy & paste, and transfer to another individual.
Once the recipient claims the transferred ticket, it will move to the Transferred Tickets section of your wallet.
Revoking a Ticket Transfer
As the original purchaser, you can revoke a transferred ticket at any time.
To revoke a ticket:
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the transferred ticket.
Select Revoke Ticket.
Once revoked, the ticket will return to your wallet as a valid QR code. You may also transfer it again to a different individual.
