When memberships are enabled:
Users cannot join or view your Bounce organization—including events, chats, photos, and announcements—until they’ve purchased or confirmed their membership.
You can choose to create free or paid memberships.
For paid memberships, Bounce covers all fees, including payment processing.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Organization
Open Bounce and go to your organization.
Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner.
Select Manage Organization → Edit Details.
Step 2: Open Membership Settings
On the Organization Edit Page, click Organization Settings.
Scroll to the Membership Configuration section.
Click Add to open the Memberships menu.
Step 3: Create a New Membership Tier
From the Memberships menu, select Create New Membership Tier.
Enter the following details:
Name – what you want to call the membership tier.
Description – a short explanation of what this membership includes.
Price – leave at $0 for free tiers, or set a fee for paid tiers.
Start Date – the date members gain access to your organization (events, chats, photos, etc.).
End Date (optional) – if set, members will automatically lose access when this date passes.
Step 4: Finalize Your Membership
Review your membership tier details carefully.
Click Create Tier.
Your tier will now be active and available for members to purchase or confirm.
