Event Organizer Fees (EOF) is a premium feature exclusively available to verified organizations on our platform. This feature allows organizations to collect additional fees from ticket sales for their hosted events.
Eligibility & Verification
To access EOF capabilities, organizations must go through our verification process, which includes:
Contacting our sales team at hosting@bouncedinc.com
Completing the verification process
Typically signing a contract with Bounce
Receiving EOF enablement for your organization
How to Use EOF
Once your organization is verified and EOF is enabled:
You can view your EOF status in your organization settings
To collect EOF for any event, simply add your verified organization as the host
EOF will automatically be applied to ticket sales for events hosted by your organization
Important Notes
EOF is not available to standard or unverified organizations
The verification process must be completed before EOF can be enabled
EOF can only be collected on events that are explicitly linked to your verified organization
