This guide demonstrates the process of creating a ticket tier exclusively for members of a Bounce Organization. This feature is particularly beneficial for offering event discounts to members of a student club or partnered organizations.
Start from the events feed of the Bounce app:
Step 1: Click the plus icon, located on the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Click Pricing Tiers, located on the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Create a new tier by providing a custom title, ticket price, preferred ticket capacity, and description.
Step 4: Click Show Additional Options.
Step 5: Click on the dropdown under Member-Only Access and search for your Bounce Organization in the field. It's possible to provide member-only access to multiple Bounce Organizations.
Step 6: Toggle your selected Bounce Organizations and click save.
Note: Guests won't be able to check out of the Member-Only tier unless they are members of the selected Bounce Organizations.
