Association Event Log

Welcome to this tutorial! By the end, you'll know how to use the new advanced analytics features and event log in your university's Bounce Association dashboard.

REMINDER: Right now, you must access Bounce on the web to view your Association's analytics.

Step 1: Access your Bounce Association dashboard by scrolling through the list of Associations you're an admin of from the Bounce homepage.

Step 2: Click on your Association.

Step 3: Open the new advanced analytics features by clicking the hamburger menu in the top right corner.

Step 4: Click on the event log.

The event log provides detailed reports on every event hosted by clubs within your school's Bounce Association, including the payout status of each event. Free RSVP events that have been successfully hosted are marked as paid, while paid events show a payout amount. You're also able to view event requests from the event log.

Step 5: Approve or deny events directly from the Association dashboard. This new feature streamlines the event approval process.

Step 6: Choose to approve or deny an event.

Step 7: Add feedback, which will be sent in an email to the event submitter.
