Initiating a Refund

This guide will walk you through the process of removing guests from an event and initiating a refund.

Step 1:

Start from the home page and navigate to your profile.

Step 2:

Once you're on your profile, go to the 'Events' section and select 'Hosting'.

Step 3:

From the list of events you're hosting, select the event for which you'd like to initiate a refund.

Step 4:

After selecting the event, navigate to 'Manage Event' and then 'Manage Guests'.

Step 5:

In the 'Manage Guests' section, select the guest whose ticket you would like to refund. For this example, we will select 'Leo'.

Step 6:

After selecting the guest, click on 'Submit a Refund'.

Step 7:

A confirmation prompt will appear. If you're certain about the refund, click on 'Confirm Refund'.

Upon confirmation, the guest will be removed from the event and the refund process will be initiated.

By following these steps, you can easily manage your guest list and initiate refunds when necessary. Please note that only event hosts can initiate refunds.
