What are Promoter Offers?
Promoter offers enable you to designate users, or groups of users, as 'Promoters'. Promoters can receive a direct $ or % payout for every ticket they sell.
Payouts are directly executed through Bounce's secure payment processor, and deposited into the promoter's bank account.
Say goodbye to manual cash payouts, or $ transfers to your promoters. Now, all promoter payouts can be seamlessly managed, and tracked, directly from your Bounce event page.
Key Definitions:
Offer: The incentive amount each promoter will be paid out (ie: $5 per ticket sold). Multiple promoters, or promoter groups, can be added to each offer.
Promoter: The individual users who are assigned to each offer. Each promoter needs to 'accept' the offer once assigned, before their sales results will start populating in the dashboard.

Step 1:
Start by logging into your Bounce account.
Step 2:
Navigate to your Bounce event page.
Step 3:
Click on Event Settings.
Step 4:
Within Event Settings, select Promoter Offers.
Step 5:
This is the Promoter Offers dashboard. Here, you're able to track each offer, track individual promoter (user) performance, create new offers, and manage existing offers.
Step 6:
To create a new offer, click on Create Offer.
Step 7:
In the 'New Offer' page, name the offer, choose which ticket tiers it's eligible for, and set the $ or % incentive amount per ticket.
Step 8:
Choose which users you want to assign as a promoter. Users must have a Bounce account to be discoverable. Instructions on how promoters can create a Bounce account in just 3 clicks can be found HERE.
Step 9:
Once a user accepts, they'll be listed in the promoter section, and their performance statistics will display.
As the event host, you can also share their promoter link on their behalf.
This Promoter Offers tab will also serve as your promoter analytics dashboard. Here, you can track how much money you're paying out to each promoter. You can also edit, pause, and delete promoter offers directly on this page.
