Step 1: Click on your association and select Manage Association to access your analytical dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the analytics tab.
Here, you'll find key statistics at the top row. These include total members, total revenue, total events held, number of organizations within your association, total tickets sold, and the average safety rating of your association.
Step 3: Scroll down to view the revenue breakdown for the last 30 days on a daily basis.
Further down, you'll find key statistics around monthly revenues, the number of events created over the past 12 months, number of RSVPs in those 12 months, and the number of members within your association over the last year.
Step 4: Download the data as a CSV file if needed.
Step 5: Continue scrolling to see key statistics about the people participating in your association.
This includes:
- Big spenders: Individuals who have spent the most on events within your association.
- Regulars: Individuals who have attended the most number of events within your association.
- Hot streaks: Individuals who have attended at least one event for consecutive months in a row.
- Cold streaks: Members who have attended an event and haven't attended an event for a while.
- New customers: Individuals who just purchased their first ticket within the association or its affiliated organization.
By following these steps, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of your association's performance and member engagement.
