Event Risk Management Forms

Managing event risk just got easier! With Bounce, you can seamlessly integrate your student union's event publishing policies—including Event Risk Management forms—directly into your association's workflow. No more juggling external platforms—ensure students complete your required forms by seamlessly building them into the event page creation, and approval, workflow on Bounce.

As a Bounce student union partner, Bounce can custom build your risk management forms directly into the event approval process (details), ensuring 100% completion from constituent organizations.

How It Works:

  1. Event Submission

    • When a club leader submits an event for approval within an associated organization, they will be prompted to "Request to Publish."

  2. Event Risk Management Form

    • Before the event is submitted, users will be directed to the Event Risk Management Form screen.

    • This form is fully customizable to match your organization's specific requirements and policies.

    • You can include an unlimited number of questions and set up conditional logic for specific event factors such as travel, alcohol, food, and other risk-related elements.

    • Furthermore, you can add as many event reviewers as you wish, to help maximize your team's visibility and prevent silos.

  3. Form Submission & Review

    • Once the user completes the form, they will receive a confirmation message.

    • The event request will then be sent to the association admins via email and logged in the Request to Publish dashboard.

    • As an association Admin, you can even approve, deny, and provide feedback to hosts directly through email.

  4. Admin Review & Approval

    • Admins can access all event requests and their corresponding risk management forms in one centralized location.

    • To view a host’s full responses, simply click the provided link.

    • If the event meets your organization’s standards, click the green checkmark to approve and publish it to both your association’s feed and the respective organization’s feed.

    • If the event does not meet your risk policies, you can deny the request and provide feedback to the host with reasons for rejection.

By integrating risk management forms directly into Bounce, you ensure all events align with your policies while simplifying the approval process.
