In this article, you'll learn how to add a Private Ticketeer to your event, a feature that allows you to send exclusive tickets to select individuals.
Private Ticketeers offer a way to provide exclusive access to influencers, VIPs, or anyone else you'd like to have special access to your event.
Step 1: Start by navigating to your Host tab and selecting the event you want to add a tier to.
Step 2: Click on Manage Event and then Event Details.
Step 3: Press Private Pricing Tiers and then click on Private.
Step 4: To add a Private Tier, click on Add Private Product. Here, you'll need to provide a name, a description, and the number of available tickets in this pricing tier, as well as the price. You also have the option to add additional details like requiring approval, gating it to specific members of organizations, and adding a start and end date for ticket availability. Once you've filled out all the necessary information, press
Step 5: Click on Save Private Tier. Now, you have a new pricing tier. You can copy the URL and send it to the individuals you want to have access to the private tier. They can also click on the private code to input during their checkout for access. The system will show you the number of tickets sold and the number of them scanned during the event.
