How to Create and Manage Executive Titles in Your Bounce Organization

Use Executive Titles in Bounce to highlight your leadership team and make key contacts visible to both internal members and external users.

Step 1: Open Your Organization Dashboard

Go to your Organization Details page and click “Go to dashboard.”

Step 2: Access the Members Tab

Click the “Members” tab to view Admins, members, and join requests.
Select “Manage Executive Titles” under the Admins section.

Creating a New Executive Title

Click “Create a New Title" and enter the following details:

  • Title Name

  • Executive Responsibilities

  • Toggle to show contact info on the public landing page

Click “Save.”

Editing or Deleting a Current Title

To edit a current title, click “Edit” next to the title.
To delete a current title, click “Delete Executive Title” above the Save button.

Assigning a Title to an Admin

In the Admins section of your Members dashboard, click the three-dot menu beside a name.
Select “Set Title,” choose a title, and click “Save.”
