Contact Host / Request Special Refund
Learn how to contact an event host for assistance with your ticket or event-related queries. Follow these steps to get in touch quickly and efficiently.
Step 1: Open the Ticket Section
Click on the ticket icon located in the main menu.
Step 2: Select Your Event
Find the event you're interested in. Each event displays key details at a glance.
Step 3: Contact the Host
Click the Contact Host button to proceed.
Important Notes
- This connects you directly with the event host who sold you the ticket.
- For special arrangements or refunds, the host is your point of contact.
- While Bounce handles ticketing, refunds are issued directly by the host.
- If the event has ended or the payment has already been processed, Bounce cannot issue refunds.
