This article guides you through the process of stopping or pausing ticket tiers from the homepage.
Step 1:
Start by navigating to the homepage.
Step 2:
Select Host. Locate the event you're hosting.
Step 3:
Click on Manage Event located at the bottom right.
Step 4:
Next, click on Event Details at the bottom right.
Step 5:
Press Pricing Tiers. This will take you to the page with all the different ticket types and their respective prices.
Step 6:
To stop the sale of a ticket tier or pause a ticket tier, toggle on the pause tier sales. To turn it on, press the toggle again.
That's it! You've successfully paused a ticket tier.
