Start from your organization's home page and click on the chats button located at the top left corner.
Proceed to select "create a new chat".
You will then have the opportunity to select a chat icon, give your chat a name, and decide who you want to include in this chat.
If you wish to include all members of your organization, simply select "Add all members".
Alternatively, you can select specific members to include in your chat. Having done this, you are now equipped to start creating private sub-chats in Bounce!
