  • Note: You must be an admin of a Bounce Organization to host a Check In. To learn how to create a Bounce Organization for your team, click HERE.

Step 1:

First, you need to navigate to your organization's page on Bounce.

Step 2:

To initiate a check-in, click on 'Initiate Check-in' at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3:

Enter the name of your meeting, then click 'Initiate'.

Step 4:

Now the check-in feature is activated. Team members within a one hundred-meter radius of the Check-In creator will be able to check-in successfully.

All team members will receive a push notification inviting them to check in.

Step 5:

To monitor progress and details of the check-in, like who has checked in, and who attempted to but wasn't within the required radius, click on 'View Details' of an existing check-in.

Step 6:

While in the 'Check Ins' view, select the check-in you want to analyze; for example, 'Winter Meeting 2'.

Step 7:

It provides details like unsuccessful check-ins due to the user being beyond the required radius, and members who are yet to check-in.

Step 8:

You can also see a list of team members who've successfully checked in.

Step 9:

Should any members be physically present at the meeting, you can manually check them in. To manually check-in a member, click the 'Check-in' button next to their name, then click on 'Check-in'.

Step 10:

As an organization admin, you can also access attendance details from previous meetings within the check-in list.

Step 11:

To generate a record of the attendance, Bounce allows you to download a CSV spreadsheet from any previously hosted check-in. Simply click on 'View Checkin Spreadsheet'.

Step 12:

The click will prompt a download of the check-in spreadsheet, which you can open on your desktop or mobile device.

  • Note: The spreadsheet can be emailed to yourself or a team member via the share icon.

Viewing and compiling these spreadsheets over time will allow you to create a log of meeting attendance over the course of a semester or year.

Utilizing Bounce's geolocation-enabled check-in feature will enable easy tracking of attendance at your organization's meetings.
