Guests do not need to download the mobile app to RSVP or get tickets to an event on Bounce. When clicking on a Bounce event link, guests will be directed to the event page on their web browser, where all event details will be displayed, along with the ability to purchase tickets.
Step 1: Click on the 'Get Tickets' pop up at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Navigate the available tiers set by the event organizer. Select the tickets you want to purchase by clicking the '+' icon. It's possible to select multiple tickets and tier types, if the event organizer allows it.
If you have a private code to the event page, click on 'Have a special code?', and enter the code.
Step 3: Review the checkout summary, including your selected tickets, processing fees, and service fees.
To remove or add tickets, navigate to the '+' or '-' icons, located underneath the selected tier.
Step 4: Add a payment method by clicking on 'Select Payment Method'.
Step 5: Input the preferred credit card details, and click 'Save'. Bounce accepts all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Step 6 [Waivers]: If the event organizer has added any waivers, click 'Continue to waivers'. Review and toggle the added waivers, and click 'Confirm' to complete the purchase.
Step 6 [No Waivers]: Click 'Confirm & Pay', located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7: After purchasing tickets, QR codes are sent via email. They can also be accessed by logging into the Bounce profile on the mobile app or web browser.
If the event organizer requests additional information, click on the popup at the bottom of the screen, and fill out the prompt.
Step 8: You're all set! Add the event to your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon.
Step 9: To transfer a ticket to a friend, click 'Transfer Ticket'. To purchase additional tickets, click 'Buy More'.
