Universities, student unions, and faculty societies across North America are already leveraging Bounce Associations to boost student participation in sanctioned activities and streamline the club event approval process.

Association Safety and Joining

For students to have access to associations they will need to first verify their school email. This is done by pressing the "Join Association" button.

From there students will be prompted to enter their school email address. Once clicking "Confirm Email" they will be sent a verification code to their school email address and can confirm by pressing the "Verify and Join" button

Event Visibility Control

Exclusively available to Bounce Associations, club leaders can control event visibility, choosing whether to make events available to the public, or exclusive to student members.

Streamlined Event Approval Process

Bounce Associations not only creates a central hub for all activities happening around campus across all affiliated organizations, but also enables Admins, Finance departments, and Accounting teams to streamline the event approval process. With the Bounce Association's request to publish experience, club leaders can fully build out and request to publish a Bounce event page.

After adding all event information and details, submitters will be prompted to answer required questions from the school, such as risk assessment form compliance questions.

Upon submission, Association Admins will receive an email with all event information.

They can review the email and approve the event directly within the email, or respond to the submitter with feedback. Once accepted, the event will be published to the campus's association feed.

Streamlined Banking and Event Payout Reconciliation

University partners also choose to use Bounce Associations for the streamlined banking and event payout reconciliation functionality across all campus events.

With a Bounce Association, you can configure all affiliated organization events to route to one centralized admin bank account, and receive biweekly payout reports to easily reconcile club event payouts.

This bank account can be locked, so club leaders are unable to change it, ensuring all event payouts are properly routing to the desired location.
