A Quick Note: KYC is required for all payment processors
To stay compliant with financial regulations, KYC verification is required - not just for Bounce, but for all platforms using payment processors like Stripe. It’s a one-time check that ensures secure, fraud-free transactions for your community.

Step 1: Go to your profile by clicking the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2: Find the legal verification indicator in your profile that needs to be completed. Click on it.

Step 3: Click fix now to proceed to Stripe, our partner for legal verification. You'll be redirected to a page to enter your information. Fill in the required details.

Step 4: Once you've entered your information, click agree and submit. This completes the first step of your KYC.

Step 5: Return to your profile to finish the legal verification section. Submit a few pieces of ID to Stripe. Choose the verification process that works best for you: live verification or verifying your ID and address with two separate documents.

If you don't complete these steps, you won't be able to withdraw your payouts from Bounce. This rule has applied to Canadian Bounce event hosts since January 2025. KYC information requirements may vary depending on your region.
