As an official, you have the ability to manage your own availability. If there are days/times you know you cannot officiate, you'll need to add these in your schedule as a 'Schedule Block.'
If you'll be away for a stretch of time, like a week, you can block it off all at once with a start and end date. For a day that comes up again and again, like every Thursday, you'll mark each one on its own.
You can also sync your schedule with calendar's you already use, like you iPhone calendar, Outlook calendar, etc.
Create a Schedule Block
Log in to your Official account on gobound.com. In your dashboard, click Schedule.
In the Schedule window, click + Add Schedule Block.
Pick a start date and end date. You'll also see a box labeled All Day Flag, which is checked (turned on) by default. The days you pick while this is enabled are blocked off from start to finish.
If you only need part of a day blocked off, uncheck that box and set a start time and end time.
Review the details and submit by clicking Save Availability Block.
Subscribe to Your Official Calendar
You can sync your Bound calendar with the calendar you already use. For example, if you use Outlook, the games you're assigned to will show up right alongside your own personal schedule.
Note: Updates to the Bound calendar may take up to eight hours to reflect in your personal calendar. For the most up-to-date information, check the Bound calendar directly.
In your Official dashboard, click Schedule.
In the Schedule window, click Subscribe to Calendar.
Pick whichever calendar you use most - iPhone, Android, Google Calendar, or Outlook. If you're not sure, go by your phone (iPhone or Android) or your email (Gmail means Google Calendar, a Microsoft account means Outlook).
Follow the instructions for your calendar of choice in the pop-up window.
