After the first day's games (if tournament is multi day) or the first round of matches, scores need to be entered ASAP - this can be done by tournament host or coaches. Then ticketing needs to be turned on.
How to enter scores from the Conference Site if you are doing it for the coaches:
Log into the Conference Site
Click on Activity - the Trophy
Click on Volleyball
Click on the Green arrow in front of the school you want to enter a score for.
This will take you directly to their Varsity Volleyball stats page
Click on the green arrow in front of the competition you want to enter a final score for
Enter the Score and Hit Save
This should complete the process and the coach can come back in later and enter their player statistics.
At the conclusion of the night - after scores have been entered you need to follow this path and turn the tickets on for the next night. The opponent will prefill but the ticket will NOT turn on automatically.
Log in to the Conference Site
Click on Activity - the Trophy
Click on Volleyball
Click on Brackets
Click on Event Ticketing - the Box above your actual bracket
Turn on the Green "Turn on Tickets" Button for the events on the 10th (next day) that have 2 opponents set that are head to head. Do this by clicking on the green button.
You will follow this same procedure on after the next round or at the conclusion of the next night - after all scores have been entered by the teams playing.
*Note - you don't want to turn tickets on - and you can't - until the opponents for that match are set.
