Tickets and passes for events are easy to purchase in the Bound app. No matter where you view your event in the app, you will see the "Buy Tickets" button. To purchase your tickets or passes, follow the instructions below.
Buying Tickets or Passes
Tap the "Buy Tickets" button to view the Buy Tickets screen.
Tap the "+" or "-" buttons to enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
Tap the selector under "Payment Method" to determine your method of payment. Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all valid payment options.
After entering your payment option, tap the "Pay Now" button and enter in your payment details.
After your payment has processed, you will receive a notification, an email and your tickets will display on your screen.
Accessing Tickets or Passes
There are three different ways to access tickets after purchase.
Tap the "Tickets" Tab in your apps main navigation to view all tickets or Passes you currently own.
The Tickets tab will display by default. To find your Pass, simply tap the "My Passes" tab. To view your ticket or pass, simply click on the ticket or pass you want to view.
You can add your tickets to Apple or Google Wallet by tapping the "Add to Apple / Google Wallet" button on your ticket.
Events that you own tickets for display an indicator that you own tickets. To access those tickets, simply click the button and your tickets will display.
