How to use Bound tickets with a QR code to enter games.

Bound tickets with a QR code must be scanned before you are allowed to enter a game. To use tickets with a QR code, follow the instructions below.

  1. Tap on the "Tickets" tab in the bottom menu of the app.

  2. Tap on the ticket for the event you are entering.
    ​

  3. Present your ticket to the gate agent so they can scan the QR code on your ticket.
    ​

  4. If needed, tap "Expand" below the QR code to enlarge the QR code.
