NOTE: In order for the event to be passcode protected (not open to anyone to purchase), the Passcode Protected toggle must be turned on in the ticket setup area.
To distribute the codes, navigate tothe box office area under the event.
Under "Quick Actions" on the right hand side of the screen click "Send Comp Tickets" and select "Send by Contact".
Then adjust the settings as follows:
Select the ticket option you wish to distribute.
βPut in a list of contact emails you wish to distribute the codes to.
Emails should be separated by a comma.
βChange the "Distribution Type" to Codes.
βIn "Tickets per Contact" enter the number of tickets contacts will be allowed to purchase. (Note: QR Codes (carts) per Contact should stay at 1.)
Once you verify everything is correct, hit send. Codes will be sent out to the contact emails within a few minutes.
Part 2: Manage Your Passcodes
After you have sent out Passcodes you can view and manage them from the Box Office.
On the right hand side under the Quick Links Section click on Manage Passcodes.
From this view you will be able to see the emails the passcodes were sent to, the passcode itself, the number available and the number redeemed.
You will also be able to delete any unused codes.
