Sending Out Passcodes for Ticket Purchase

NOTE: In order for the event to be passcode protected (not open to anyone to purchase), the Passcode Protected toggle must be turned on in the ticket setup area.

To distribute the codes, start out in the box office area.

Under "Quick Actions" click "Send Comp Tickets" and select "Send by Contact".

Then adjust the settings as follows:

  1. Select the ticket option you wish to distribute.
    ​

  2. Put in a list of contact emails you wish to distribute to. Emails should be separated by a comma.
    ​

  3. Change the "Distribution Type" to Codes.
    ​

  4. In "Tickets per Contact" enter the number of tickets contacts will be allowed to purchase. (Note: QR Codes (carts) per Contact should stay at 1.)

Once you verify everything is correct, hit send. Codes will be sent out to the contact emails within a few minutes.
