Add Additional Staff to Receive Automated Game Contracts

You have the ability to add additional staff members that should be receiving automated communication from Bound on management tasks such as accepted or denied game contracts.

To complete this task - click on the Calendar Icon and go to the Events Page.

Click on "Setup" in the secondary navigational bar.

Click on "Manage Settings" in the top right corner.

Click on "Contracting" in the drop down

On the Contracting page add contact information for the staff members that need to receive these automated messages.

  • Do not remove the AD from the list.

  • Click Save when you are finished.

Note: This section and the action of adding additional staff members is not to be confused with adding general notifications to a Users profile from the Users Tab. This is specific to receiving accepted and denied game and official contracts.
