How to Track a Student Ride Survey
Here is a step-by-step walkthrough for tracking your student ride survey.
Step 1: Navigate to your events page and find the event for which you created the ride survey. Click the far most gear icon and select settings from the drop down options.
Step 2: The settings button will take you to the specific event page. Navigate to the Transportation header. Select Trip Survey Response from the dropdown options.
Step 3: You have now entered into the Survey Response page. There are three main functions on this page, Resend Survey, Survey Link, and Export CSV highlighted below.
Option 1: Once you have clicked Resend Survey the page below will appear. Your default entries from initial survey completion will appear except for the email subject and body. These must be filled out by the user to resend an email.
Note: This still only applies for programs or schools who use our activity registration and notification platforms.
Option 2: Once you have clicked the Survey Link button. You will see this page appear. If you are not using our activity registration and notification platforms. Use the Copy Link button to be able to resend your own email to whomever you may need.
Option3: On click of the Export CSV button, a CSV file will be created for every single row including the title row inside of the table you see on your screen.
