To assign an Official from the Association Level, first you will need to navigate to the Events (Calendar) tab on the left sidebar of the Association page.
From the Events page, you will click on the Competition tab on the left sidebar. This will bring up a list of all upcoming Competitions that Officials can be assigned to.
In the list view there will be an Officials column which will show the Officials needed for each Competition and how many have already been assigned. Clicking into this will take you through the process of assigning an Official.
Clicking the "+" sign will bring the list of officials that can be assigned to this Competition sorted by closest distance to furthest away.
By choosing an Official to assign, it will next bring you to a Official Details page. Here you can edit the pay rate for the official, toggle on or off a contract for the Official, and choose to assign the Official by clicking the green "Assign Official to Competition" button at the bottom of the page.
If choosing to turn Contracts on, a Contract will be sent to the Official and they will be able to Accept or Decline the contract to then be assigned to the Competition.
You will then be able to see the status of the contract here, and when they accept or decline.
