To setup Official Settings for an Event(s), navigate to the Events (Calendar) tab on the left sidebar.
Under Events, click Setup at the bottom of the list. This will bring you to a page where you can set defaults for different events.
Choosing Official Pay under the Manage Settings in the top right corner will allow you to set default payment rates for specific sports. On this page you can also set default start times, duration, and locations for these sports.
Under the Officials Setting tab, you can edit Contract details for your Officials. Here you can edit the Days to Accept a Contract for an Official, the number of Days Before an Event that an Official can Turnback an assignment, as well as set the Max Travel Distance that an Official would be traveling to be assigned to an Event. You can also toggle on or off Auto Generating a Contract for Officials here.
Choosing Vouchers from the list will allow you to edit Official Vouchers. You can choose between a Per Mile or Flat rate fee for Mileage Compensation and what that fee will be. Here you can also set any Voucher Settings.
Under the Assigners tab you can edit the default number of Officials needed for a specific sport and level. Can choose what dates that this number goes into effect for. And you can also select the Assigner of these Officials, as well as Add Assigners here from this page.
