In minutes, you can create an automated text campaign.
Step 1: Click the ‘Campaigns’ tab in your fundraiser, then select ‘Add Campaign’.
Step 2: Name your campaign “Send Message”, select your start and end dates, and then click Save!
Note: Your start date will need to be BEFORE your students get connected otherwise this campaign will not show as an option for them. We recommend running campaigns for 4-6 weeks, knowing messages will automatically go out during the selected time period.
Step 3: Edit your messages. Check the send date and time and make sure the first message isn’t set to go out until AFTER all of your athletes are connected. Click ‘Edit Message’ to adjust date and time, and the message itself.
Note: We recommend sending most messages after 6pm so people are off work and are in a place they are able to take the time to donate.
Step 4: Select ‘Student Campaign Link’ and copy that link. You will share this link with you athletes so they can get connected.
