Creating a Linked Store for Your School
Click on the Dollar Sign ($) in the far left primary sidebar.
Click on "Stores" in the gray secondary sidebar.
Click on "Add Store" in the top right hand corner.
Click on "Add New Store" or choose from a template in the drop down.
Choose from a Gear Store, a Concessions Store, a Linked Store or a Booster Store.
A "link" store will allow you to post a link to a website outside of the Bound Platform.
Give the store a name. It is best to use a unique name if possible. A great way to create unique names would be to include the academic year or season in the name. ie Fall Gear Store 2025
Add any description or disclaimers that you would like viewable on your public site.
Set the Start and End Dates for the Store. These are the dates the items are available from the exterior site.
Click on the drop down and choose the location for the Store Venue.
Click on "Create Store"
When the page resets it will have created the store and you need to enter the exterior link.
Click on "Settings"
Add the External URL.
Toggle on the "Show on Public Page" so that it is visible on your public store.
Click on "Save Store"
Optional: Add an image or an to display on the public site. Click Image, choose in the drop down.
Click on "Upload Image" and upload the image from your computer.
Click on "Save Store"
