Log in to Bound and Navigate to your Events Page by clicking the calendar Icon in the Primary Task Bar. Navigate to the "Events" tab
β
If you are entering next year's schedule you must click on the academic year listed and CHANGE to the next year by Clicking on 2025-26.
Click on "2026-27" in the drop down menu.
Click on "Add Event" in the top right corner.
Click on the green "Add Event" again in the center section.
Click on the + sign in front of the sport and level desired.
A pop up box will appear. It will default to your State, Primary Association and the season you are scheduling for.
If you need to make changes click the drop down arrow to choose the correct information.
Please do not manually add a school if it isn't in the list. Change the Association - Season and look for the school there (ie FHSAA). If it is not there, please use the Bound B support to request the school be added.
Click on the correct level.
Type the name of your opponent in the search bar.
Be careful to only type the beginning information of the schools name to keep the search wide enough to find the correct school and keep misspelling or nicknames from limiting your search.
Enter the date and time of the event.
βEnd times are important so the facility will be reserved and will help prevent double booking.
Click on "Set Location(s)"
Type in the schools name and Click on the proper location.
Click the green Set Locations at the bottom of the pop up window.
Click on "Create Game". The Event will be created and you will return to the main scheduling page.
Contracts will be sent AUTOMATICALLY at midnight each night. If a participation fee is being charged to the attending team(s) the contract must be sent manually at this time.
Refer to this Help Doc on how to manually send a Contract:
Create and Send a Game Contract
βhttps://intercom.help/boundhq/en/articles/10860132-create-and-send-a-game-contract
To view the status of the contract at a later date. Go to the Events page, click on Hosting to open the participating parties window and view the contract itself or status of the contract.
That is how you create an event and send a contract from Bound!
