Concession Reports can be found on the Business Page ($), then Click on Stores and Click into Concession Store of your choice.
Click on "Report" in the horizontal task bar. Concession reports will provide a snapshot of the following metrics for a specific period of time.
• Revenue – Total sales during the selected date range
• Payment Type – Breakdown of payment methods used
• Product Sales – Quantities and totals for each product sold
Sales reports in the Concessions module are cumulative, not event-based. When analyzing sales for a specific event, you must set a date range and it must span at least 24 hours (for example: 10/02/2025 to 10/03/2025)
To print reports for a Concession Store, Click on "Download Report" in the top right corner. Then choose your report type.
>Product Report: Details both the quantity of product sold and dollars in sales
>Transaction Report: Details, by transaction, the product sold, amount of sales, and the reader used to process the purchase. Use the report if the same store is used at two separate locations on the same date.
>Full Report: Details, by transaction, the product sold, amount of sales, type of purchase and give a date and time stamp for the purchase.
Keep in mind that these reports are a snapshot view and the final Payout Reports received at the end of the month should be used for reconciliation.
