Conference Commissioners can copy schools to future seasons directly from their conference page. This is typically done when planning schedules one or more years in advance.
Program standings for the conference that display on the public side are managed differently by your Bound Admin Team. If there needs to be a change in the schools listed for a program's standings contact Support via the Green B.
Step 1: Open Your Conference in Bound on the Admin Side
Log in to Bound.
Navigate to your Admin Conference page.
Step 2: Go to Manage Years
From your conference dashboard (house icon), make sure you are on the Schools tab.
In the top-right corner, click Manage Schools.
Select Manage Years in the drop down.
Step 3: Copy Schools to the Next Year
You will see schools listed by year (columns).
Find the current year (for example, 2025–26).
Next to a school name, click the Copy icon (two stacked pages).
The school will be copied into the next year (2026-27) automatically.
Repeat for each school in the conference.
Step 4: Copy Forward Again (Optional)
Schools must be copied forward one year at a time.
If you need the school in an additional future year (ex: 2028–29):
Copy it first from 2026–27 → 2027–28
Then copy it again from 2027–28 → 2028–29
Important Notes
Use the Copy icon to add a school to the next year.
Use the Trash icon only if a school should be removed from that year.
No Bound admin assistance is required.
NOTE: If a school is not going to be in your conference the following year, do not copy it forward. If it is copied forward and they decided to leave, click on the red trash can to delete them from that year.
When Should Commissioners Do This?
When your conference is scheduling 1–2 years ahead
When schools are expected to stay the same
When you want control over schools joining or leaving in future seasons
That’s it!
Once schools are copied forward, they are available for scheduling in future years.
If your conference makes changes, you can return to Manage Years at any time to update it.
