Share the following information with your Bound Director or Onboarding Specialist.
Your Clever district or school name.
The name and email address of the individual at your district or school who should receive the invite to connect to Bound's application in Clever.
The individual specified will receive an email from Clever with the invitation. Follow the instructions from this email to set up a connection with Bound’s application within Clever.
After these steps are complete, your Bound representative will connect your district from Clever with Bound and notify you once this step is complete.
Once this connection has been established, Bound will automatically sync with Clever every night to ensure students in the Bound platform are up to date with those in the Clever platform. You are also able to manually sync with Clever at any time by navigating to your District Students page in Bound, clicking the “Manage Students” dropdown in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and clicking “Sync Students.” This will usually take a few minutes to complete.
The following fields on a student record are able to be synced to Bound from a SIS. The decision on which fields to sync can be selected by the district or school.

Sync Indicators
When Bound is connected to your SIS, you will see several indicators:
Student Synced Indicators: Indicates that this student record is synced between Bound and your SIS. (Note: Fields that your school chooses to sync between Bound and your SIS can ONLY be edited in your SIS.)
