For this example we will be using the steps to add Questions to an Activity Registration.
To create a Question or a set of Questions. Navigate to the Questions tab.
Then click Manage Questions Group in the top right corner of the screen. This dropdown will allow you to select Add Question Group or Add Question Group from Library (This will be shown at the end of this article.)
By selecting Add Question Group, a page with initial settings come up that allows you to change the Status of this group of questions, the Position of them relative to other group(s), also allows you to name this group, and pick the Options of which this specific group of questions will show up for in a registration. For example, can have it specifically for the Varsity team registration or for both Varsity and Junior Varsity registrations. When done, click Save Question Group at the bottom of the page, you will now have a Question Group created that you can go in and add specific questions in.
You can see the Question Group you have created. To add a Question(s), click the list icon.
You can see you have no Questions created. Click Add Question in the top right corner of the screen to start this process.
Here you can once again select the Status of this particular question, change the position of it, select from a dropdown list of categories of questions (Yes/No, Multiple Choice, or Free Answer), there is a text box to type your question, a text box to add any help text that displays right below your question, and then the option to toggle on or off if this question is required to answer to continue on the flow of registration.
If choosing Multiple Choice, a box appears to add in your choices for this question.
When finished, click Save Question at the bottom of the page. You now have created your first question in your Question Group.
You can now see your saved question. From here you can click the edit icon to edit your question, or click Add question in the top right to add an additional question to this group.
Adding Question Groups and Questions to a Library
From the general Registration page (not in a specific Activity Registration) you can now create Question Groups and Questions that will be saved in a Library for quick and easy addition to any and all activity registrations. You will then click the top right corner Manage Question Groups and then Add New Question Group and go through the same steps as shown above. When finished with this creation you will now see this Question Group in your library.
Now in a specific Activity Registration setup, while in the Questions tab you can click in the top right corner Manage Question Groups and choose Add Question Group from Library. This will then add a previous set of questions that you have already created into your registration flow.
