Facility Management: How to Cancel a Reservation that already has a Signed Contract

This article will take you through the steps to cancel a Reservation that already has a signed contract but needs to open up the date/time on the Facility Calendar.

  • First navigate to the Venues tab on the left side bar and then click on Reservations under the Venues header.

  • Then, find the Reservation you wish to cancel and click on the Edit icon next to the name.

  • Scrolling to the bottom of the Facility Reservation, click on the Facility Reservations tab (#3).

  • Under the Facility Reservations tab, scroll again towards the bottom of the page and find the specific reservation you wish to Cancel.

  • Under the Status section, you will click Cancel.

  • When finished scroll to the very bottom of the page click the Save Application button.

  • You will now see when going back to your Facility Calendar that the Reservation you changed the Status of to Cancelled does not show up.
