Facility Management: How to Unpublish and Replubish a Contract

This article will take you through the steps on how to Unpublish an Accepted Contract and then Republish the Contract.

  • The first step is to navigate to the Venues page. Do this by clicking on the Venues icon on the left side bar. You will then click on Reservations under the Venues heading.

  • Find the Reservation Contract you wish to Unpublish. Click the Edit Contract link.

  • On the Reservation Contract page you will see a red Unpublish Contract button. Clicking this will bring up a pop up letting you know that this will allow the Contract to be edited and that the Reserver will need to resign the contract after the changes have been made.

  • You will now see under your Reservation that the Contract shows an Unpublished status and you are able to click Edit Contract again to make changes to the Contract before Republishing it.

  • Once you are done making your changes to the Contract. Toggle the Publish Contract on and click the green Save button. The Reserver will now need to go back in and sign and accept the new Contract before it becomes Published again.

  • When that is complete, you should now see the Accepted status next to the Contract again.
