Rolling Over Coach List
Before completing the Member Directory, you should ensure your Coach List is rolled over from the previous year.
Navigate to Programs on your school site. Click on Coach List.
Navigate to Manage Coaches > Assignments.
Click Roll Forward Previous Year's Coaches.
Confirm your choice in the pop-up.
Once this is complete, this message will appear:
Completing the Member Directory
Navigate to the Association page on your school site. Click on the Association icon at the bottom of the left side bar. Then click on the Association you are connected with.
There are a couple ways to access the Member Directory. First, at the top of the page when you are on the Forms page. You can also click on Member Directory on the left side bar.
You can Prefill School Information and Administrative roles from the previous year if there are no changes.
Next, you will complete each section of the directory. If you chose to not Prefill School and Administrative information you will be able to fill those fields out manually.
Then, the Coaches' sections. You will see Coach information prefilled, this Coach information is being pulled from your Coach List on the Program's page.
Review all of your Coaches' information. You must also choose from a dropdown the visibility you wish to have for your Coaches' Email, School Phone, and Cell Phone. In the black pop-up box you are able to see the visibility settings.
If you need to make changes to a Coach, click on the yellow 'Edit Coach' button at the bottom of the section will bring up a modal that is directly tied to the Coach's List on the Program page. Any changes made on this modal will also make changes on the Coach's List.
You must select a visibility setting for each of your Coaches each year before submitting your Directory. This step is to ensure you are reviewing your Coaches and their information from year to year, as it is automatically pulled from your Coach's List.
If you have no Coach assigned to a program, you have the option to mark as "Vacant", this will auto fill Vacant and N/A in those fields.
Confirm the information for each Member. Unconfirmed information will display an unchecked yellow box.
