NO NEED TO SCAN THE QR CODE YOURSELF. THE QR CODE IS SHOWN TO GATE WORKERS TO ENTER THE EVENT!
Your QR code is your entry to your event.
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned at the gate. You can find the ticket QR-code multiple ways👇
Note: Your QR-code will be the same for every ticket, so feel free to share it with anyone using your tickets that may not be showing up at the gate with you!
1. EMAIL (from hello@gobound.com)
Check your email for your tickets. The email will come from hello@gobound.com
If you have the email pulled up on your phone you can simply show the QR code from your phone.
If you have your email at home, you can print the QR code and show the print out at the gate.
2. IN THE BOUND APP (NOTE: You need to download and create an account on the app. In order for tickets that you purchase online outside of the app, YOU MUST LOGIN TO THE APP WITH THE SAME EMAIL YOU MADE THE PURCHASE WITH).
The Bound App makes it easy to purchase and use tickets.
Click on the Profile tab in the bottom right.
Select Tickets and find the event you are attending, then present the QR-code to the ticket taker!
3. ONLINE (gobound.com)
Click the Sign In button in the top right.
After signing in, click on the Profile button, also in the top right.
Select Tickets and select the event you are going to then bring your QR-code to the game however you'd like!
Pull it up on your phone, print it off, screenshot it - however you want to do it, just bring the QR-code to the gate!
