Updated over a week ago

In this article we'll walk through how to send a meet registration invite to out-of-state and non-Bound schools.

  1. Navigate to your registration settings, and click the green button next to it.

  2. Click the "invite Teams" link, and then choose the "Create Team" option.

  3. Enter the email the invite should be sent to, team name, team abbreviations, gender, and edit the body of the message if you'd like. Then click Send.

  4. In the email they receive, the team will click Manage Entries. They can use this button to return to their registrations if they've started but not yet declared.

  5. First they'll enter their roster here. You can also import roster info from a spreadsheet, or an existing team on the Bound platform, by clicking the "Import Roster" drop down menu.

  6. Once the roster is entered, they'll click Entries, athletes can be added to events by clicking the "Enter Athletes" button. (this process is the same as normal registrations). Once done they can declare their registration, or save and come back later to declare.

  7. On the host side, you'll see info on these entires here. And once declared, their info will show on the "Entry List", as well as the Hytek file export.
