How to invite School Admins, Coaches, Assistants, etc, to log into the admin side of the school

In order for coaches or other school users to access the admin side of your school, they need to be sent an invite to their email that will grant them access.

1. On the AD Dashboard page, click Users

2. To invite a new user, click Send Invite

3. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone # (optional). Then Click Proceed to Roles


4. Select the role(s) of the user you're inviting. Then click Proceed to Send.


5. Adjust the default message being sent if needed, otherwise click Send Invite.



6. Once sent, the user will receive an email allowing them to accept the invite and get logged in.

NOTE: On the main Users page you can search for specific users, filter by role, view pending invites, and designate a user as the AD.
