How to give coaches access to managing schedule data.

By default coaches don't have access to adding or editing schedule information. Given the importance of the schedule to a school's program, AD's have primary control over who can and can't access scheduling tools. If you have a coach that does need access to scheduling tools, see the instructions below.

1. On the main AD Dashboard page click "Users"

2. Click the edit button next to the coach user.

3. Within that user click the "Permissions" tab

4. On the Permissions page click the "Events" tab, switch on the "Scheduling" option, then click "Save Permissions" at the bottom of the page. Once saved this user will have the ability to manage schedule data.
