Once the swim meet is complete, you will need to click the export button as shown below:
Make sure that you are exporting all teams on the export page and that you are including splits.
The file should be exported as a zip file.
Extract the zip file. It should contain both a .cl2 and .hy3 file. Bound requires that you use the .hy3 file.
Upload the .hy3 file to Bound and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: Do NOT use the file exported by using File->Export. Going through that process leaves out the information we need to process the file correctly.
Go to the Programs page, and choose a level.
Click the 3 dots next to the specific competition, then click the "Meet Upload (hytek file)" button.
Click "Choose File", upload that meets hytek file, and then click Review. Once done, you'll be able to go to the stat entry section of the meet and import your teams results to the meet.
You will then match up the teams between the Hytek File and their Name in Bound. Make sure your date also matches with the correct date of the meet. If this does not you may need to update your Hytek File to show the correct date.
4. Scroll to Bottom and select "Finish Import". The import will run in the background and may take a little time to fully import.
