Setting up Physical Expiration Reminders For School Admin Users

How to set up physical expiration reminder notifications for school users.

To setup a school admin user with physical expiration reminder notification follow these steps:

  • Go the Users on the Administrative Page and click edit (the pencil in front of the users name) on the user.

  • Click Notifications in the horizontal task bar.

  • If the notifications are for a Coach - click on Program in the horizontal taskbar and choose their activity from the drop down.

    • This will send notifications for ONLY the students in their program.

  • If the notifications are for an Admin User such as a Trainer who manages the entire student population then click on Students in the horizontal task bar.

    • This will send notifications for all students in the schools database.

  • Toggle on the Physical Expiration Reminder option and click Save.

    • Notifications can be set at the Program Level and will include notifications for all students connected to that program.
      OR

    • Notifications can be sent at the Team Level and will include notifications for only students rostered on that team.
