To setup a school admin user with physical expiration reminder notification follow these steps:
Go the Users on the Administrative Page and click edit (the pencil in front of the users name) on the user.
Click Notifications in the horizontal task bar.
If the notifications are for a Coach - click on Program in the horizontal taskbar and choose their activity from the drop down.
This will send notifications for ONLY the students in their program.
If the notifications are for an Admin User such as a Trainer who manages the entire student population then click on Students in the horizontal task bar.
This will send notifications for all students in the schools database.
Toggle on the Physical Expiration Reminder option and click Save.
Notifications can be set at the Program Level and will include notifications for all students connected to that program.
ORNotifications can be sent at the Team Level and will include notifications for only students rostered on that team.
