Venue = Location that has its own address (Example: a High School)
Facility = Location that hosts events and activities within a Venue (Example: the Football Stadium at a High School)
Space = Specific locations within a facility (Example: Court 1 and Court 2 in the main gym of a High School). Spaces are mainly used by those using the Facility Manager tool in Bound
Adding a Venue
1. Begin by logging in and going to the Venues tab on your dashboard.
2. Click the "Add Venue" button in the upper righthand corner.
3. In the "Find Venue" field, search for your venue. You can also use the "Can't find your venue?" option to enter the location manually. (If the venue you're adding is the main school venue, check the High School box as well)
Adding a Facility
1. When a Venue is created, a Facility is automatically created for the Venue as a whole. This can serve as the only Facility for the Venue, or you can add as many specific Facilities as you want. (If you're using the Facility Manager tool you'll want to make sure all your specific Facilities are added).
2. Select the Venue you want to add a Facility.
3. Click the "Add Facility" button in the upper righthand corner.
4. Enter the Name and Abbreviation of the Facility, and then select the Activities associated with that Facility (if applicable). Position is what controls the order of Facilities on the previous page.
Adding a Space
1. Within a Venue, select the Facility you want to add a Space.
2. Click the "Add Space" button in the middle of the page
3. Enter the Space name, Description, and any Opening / Closing Procedure for the Space (if applicable).
Editing Venues, Facilities, and Spaces
1. Go to the Venues page
2. To edit a Venue, select the Venue you want to edit from the Venue list.
3. To edit a Facility, click the Facilities tab, and then select the Facility you want to edit from the Facility list.
4. To edit a Space, within a Facility scroll down to the Spaces section, and select the Space you want to edit.
