How to manage a specific user's permissions on the admin side of your school.

1. On the main AD Dashboard page click "Users"

2. Click the edit button next to the coach user.

3. Within that user click the "Permissions" tab

4. Then select the specific permissions you'd like that user to have. At the top choose the area of the site, if it's a specific program choose the level(s) of that program, and use the switched on the left side to enable that permission (switched to the right is on).
