How to Generate Event Reports

Here is a step-by-step tutorial for creating, sharing, and exporting event reports.

Updated over a year ago

Step 1: On your Events page, click the Reports tab in the lefthand navigation panel.

Step 2: Select the time range that you wish to work with. If you want to show specific days of the week, you can select those checkboxes as well.

Step 3: Next, which events would you like to create a report for? You can select one of your existing event filter sets, or add one or more of our many filter options. In this example, I will be creating an event report for Girls Tennis - so I clicked Add Filter > Activity > Girls Tennis.

You'll notice several preference checkboxes within the Event Info section as well, such as; "Show Changes, Cancellations, Postponements"

Step 4: Now, select which event details you'd like to display in the report. In this example, I'm choosing to display all of the Transportation details for my events.

Step 5: Now, select all events that you wish to include by clicking "Select/Deselect All," or individually pick the events you want.

You can also do the same for Location.

Step 6: There are several ways to share your report. You can create a shareable link with "Get Link", download with "Download CSV", or print with "Print Report".

A) GET LINK - Create a name for your saved report and click save.

Once you click save, you can click "Copy Link" or "View Page".

"View Page" will generate your shareable, public event report.

B) DOWNLOAD CSV - Click "Download CSV" to download the event report.

C) PRINT REPORT - Click "Print Report" to print the event report.

A new browser tab will open with your print options.

Step 7: To manage your Event Reports, click "View All Reports" as shown below. There, you can edit the order by dragging, dropping, and clicking Save Order. You can also copy the public link, view the public report, or edit the report!
