Exporting From HyTek
1. Once the meet is over, export the results from HyTek as a CSV by clicking to "File", "Export", and then "Select Semi-Colon Delimited Results".
2. Do not select anything, just click Ok.
3. Select Ok again.
4. Save the file to a spot you can access it to import it to Bound.
Importing HyTek File Into Bound
1. Go to the event for your meet. Once here you need to select the 3 dots box, then select "Meet Upload (HyTek File)".
NOTE: You only need to do this once even if it is a COED event. Both boys and girls results will upload together.
2. Next you will select Choose File, and Find where you saved the CSV file from HyTek. Then select Review.
3. You will then match up the teams between the HyTek File and the team Name in Bound. Make sure your date also matches with the correct date of the meet. If this does not you may need to update your HyTek File to show the correct date.
4. Check to see that the competition matches up correctly with the division name.
NEW: The import will now automatically score the meet.
5. Scroll to Bottom and select "Finish Import". The import will run in the background and may take a little time to fully import the scores and results.
